1. Reporting copyright concerns
GEMC2 respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe public text on GEMC2 infringes copyright or another intellectual-property right you hold or are authorized to represent, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject “Copyright Notice”.
2. Information to include
Include, as applicable:
- Your name and a reliable contact method.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or right at issue.
- The exact GEMC2 URL or sufficient information to locate the reported content.
- An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
- Your electronic or physical signature where required by applicable law.
Please include only personal information reasonably necessary to evaluate the notice. GEMC2 may request clarification or additional information where needed.
3. Review and action
GEMC2 will review notices in light of the information supplied and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask for clarification, restrict access to material, remove material, or decline to act if a notice is insufficient or unfounded. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected user when appropriate and lawful. We do not promise an arbitrary fixed response time; mandatory legal deadlines will be followed.
4. Responses and repeat infringement
If you believe content was restricted by mistake, contact [email protected] and explain your position. Any formal counter-notice or restoration procedure will be handled as required by applicable law. Accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights may be restricted or suspended.
5. Scope and limitations
This page provides a channel for copyright complaints. It does not, by itself, represent that GEMC2 has designated a United States DMCA agent or qualifies for any particular statutory safe harbor. Applicable rights and procedures depend on the circumstances and governing law.
